When a pregnancy could cost a mother her own life, can she, in good conscience, carry the pregnancy to term?

I’m leading a new course from the Jewish Learning Institute that will explore these questions. It’s called Decisions of Fate.

This 4-week journey will tackle some of the most fascinating questions in medical ethics, enlightened by the teachings of contemporary Halacha. We’ll gain the tools we need to navigate these questions and others like them with confidence and consideration.
