Meet Rabbi Moishe & Mushkie Gurevitz, Founders & Co-Directors
Rabbi Moishe and Mushkie bring their passion for Judaism, community building, and making meaningful connections to every aspect of Chabad of Morristown.
​
Rabbi Moishe, a Brooklyn native, has traveled the world spreading his love for Judaism. He studied in Maryland, Melbourne, and Israel, served as a Rabbi in Brooklyn, before calling Morristown home.
​
Mushkie, who’s originally from Brooklyn as well, grew up in the heart of the Chabad community. After completing her studies at schools in Brooklyn and Israel, she worked at the Chabad of the Five Towns and Beth Rivkah schools in Brooklyn.
​
In 2016, Mushkie and Moishe visited downtown Morristown, fell in love with the city, and knew they had found their home.
